Zer gertatzen da euskal musikarekin?

Aste honetan kultur astea ospatzen ari gara eta astelehenean Oihan Vegarekin izan genuen solasaldia. Honen ondoren gure blogera igo dugun musika aztertu dugu eta konturatu gara musika etiketan dauden sarreretan abesti bat bakarrik dagoela euskaraz.

Chorizo omellete










Tools : a bowl, a knife, a whisk, a spatula, a frying pan

Ingredients: 3 eggs, chorizo and oil

1 First, put the 3 eggs in a bowl and mix them with a whisk.
2 Next, take the chorizo and cut it in small pieces with a knife.
3 Then, take the frying pan and put the oil and the chorizo; fry it.
4 To finish up, add the eggs to the chorizo, and do the omelette with a spatula.

Enjoy it!

Joghurt cake ingredients 1: 3 eggs. 2: 500 grams of flour.   3: 1 lemon joghurt. 4: baking powder. 5: 2 cups of sugar. 6: oil.
Procedure 1: In a bowl go adding ingredients and beat them to get a dough.  2: add the eggs while you mix it well.  3: Take the sugar and the joghurt and keep on mixing.  4: add the flour and the baking powder to the bowl slowly and keep   stirring until it is mixed up.
  5: To finish up, add the oil.

PROCEDURE
  1. First, beat 5 eggs with a fork in a bowl. Then, put the oil in a frying pan. Scramble the eggs and it's done.
  2. Next, cut some garlic in small pieces and pour some oil in the pan. Put the garlic in the frying pan, and add the gulas.
  3. To finish up, serve the scrambled eggs and the gulas on a dish. Enjoy it!

  • Oil
  • A package of gulas
  • A package of mushrooms
  • 5 eggs

JOGHURT CAKE


UTENSILS
-Bowl
-Whisk
-Baking mold
-A jar of jogurt
-Oven

INGREDIENTS
-3 eggs
-Baking powder
-3 jars of flour
-2 jars of sugar
-A jar of oil
-a lemon joghurt
PROCEDURE
 1.STEP

First, put the eggs on the bowl and mix them up with a whisk.
Then, put some sugar in and the joghurt and then, mix it up.
After that, put some flour in and the baking powder, and after that, mix it up.
Next, add the oil and mix it up.
2. STEP

First, take a baking mold and spread some butter on.
To finish up, put the mixture in a baking mold, and then put it in the oven at 175 degrees for 35-45 minutes.

  • Frying pan                                               - 5 potatoes
  • knife                                                         - 5 eggs
  • bowl                                                         - oil
  • fork                                                          - salt
  • dish                                                         - onion
  • turner



PROCEDURE

1- First, take the potatoes with the knife and peel the potatoes. After that, cut the potatoes and the onion in small pieces and put them in the bowl.
2- Then, put the oil in the frying pan and when it is warm, put the potatoes and the onion in the frying pan. With a wooden spatula turn it up not to burn.
3- Break the eggs in a bowl and beat the eggs with a fork.
4- When the potatoes are done, add to the eggs and mix them with a fork.
5- Next, put the oil in the frying pan, put potatoes and eggs in the frying pan. When one side is cooked, turn it up and cook the other side.
6- Serve it on a plate. Enjoy it!

Jim Carroll: a multidisciplinary artist


James Dennis "Jim" Carroll (August 1, 1949 – September 11, 2009) was an American author, poet, autobiographer, and punk musician. Carroll was best known for his 1978 autobiographical work The Basketball Diaries, which inspired the 1995 film of the same name, starring Leonardo Di Caprio as Carroll.

We watched the film in English Class. Here you are a video which includes Jim Carroll's most famous song "People Who Died" together with images of the film.
